SYNOPSIS...Much of the U.S. is currently under a big warm trend causing many places to hit record high temperatures. Central Louisiana could even see a couple record breaking temperatures to end out this weekend. Heading into the work week a disturbance will come through with a front bringing rain and thunderstorms to our area.

TONIGHT...Mix of clouds and clear skies will last throughout the night with some light to moderate winds at times. We could also see some dense patchy fog form as well. Lows 54-58 with SE winds 2-7mph.

SUNDAY...Fog will be around early in the morning, but then dissipate leading to mostly sunny skies by the afternoon. There is also a good chance we could see record high temperatures set. Highs 80-84 with SE winds 4-12mph.

SUNDAY NIGHT...Some clouds will increase by the evening leading to partly cloudy skies by the overnight hours with moderate to gusty wind conditions. Lows 61-65 with SE winds 6-12mph.

MONDAY...Clouds will continue to increase throughout the day ahead of a frontal boundary that will sweep through by the late afternoon and evening hours. This front can produce heavy rainfall at times with some thunderstorms along with it. Highs 72-76 with SE winds 6-15mph.
