Central Louisiana Forecast

SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure remains in control of our weather through Saturday. By Sunday, a disturbance aloft approaches the area and brings rain back into the forecast.

TONIGHT...High clouds and cold again. A moderate to hard freeze is expected as well as record or near record lows of 23-29. Calm wind late.

SATURDAY...Mostly sunny followed by increasing clouds late. Highs 57-63. E/NE wind 3-8 mph.

SATURDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy and not as cold. Lows 37-43. Little or no wind.

SUNDAY...Overcast with rain, especially during the PM hours. Highs 50-55. A variable wind generally less than 10 mph.
