Central Louisiana Forecast

SYNOPSIS...High pressure still anchored overhead will continue to give us mostly sunny skies and comfortable temperatures. A weak cold front will move through the area tonight, ushering in northwesterly winds and slightly cooler and drier air. As a warm bubble of air progresses northward this week, much of the area will experience temperatures well-above average, before a cold front cools things down by the end of the week and for the weekend.

TONIGHT...Mostly clear. Cool. Lows 38-42. Northwest winds 8-16 mph.

MONDAY...Mostly sunny. Comfortable. Highs 56-60. Northwest winds 4-12 mph.

MONDAY NIGHT...Mostly clear. Lows 39-43. West-southwest winds 2-10 mph.

TUESDAY...Mostly sunny. Warm. Highs 66-70. Northwest winds 2-10 mph.
