Central Louisiana Forecast

SYNOPSIS...An upper-level feature in the southern Plains will continue to move slowly eastward. Rain and thunderstorms will continue into Tuesday.

TONIGHT...Mostly cloudy and seasonally cool. Another convective complex will affect central Louisiana. Locally heavy rain and severe weather are possible. Lows 56-63. A variable wind, strong near storms.

TUESDAY...Overcast with off/on rain and a few thunderstorms during the morning. Rain chances taper off by late afternoon. A cool breeze with highs in the 60s. N/NE wind 8-16 mph.

TUESDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy and cool. A few sprinkles are possible. Lows 47-53. N/NW wind 6-14 mph.

WEDNESDAY...Mostly cloudy and continued cool with a 20% chance of showers. Highs 67-73. N/NW wind 10-22 mph.
