The front will not impact temperatures, but will lead to a slight rain chance this afternoon. Clearing will follow on Friday through the weekend, with continued hot temperatures.
THURSDAY...Partly cloudy with a 40% chance of scattered showers and t-storms. A few storms may be strong with frequent lightning and strong wind. The heat will be oppressive with highs 96-103. The heat index may reach 110. A variable wind.
