HUMIDITY RETURNS BUT IT'S STILL COMFORTABLE

    Thursday, July 31 2014 10:36 PM EDT2014-08-01 02:36:16 GMT
It seems strange, but the humidity returned today but it was not uncomfortable. The reason: temperatures were well below normal at most locations around central Louisiana.Morning lows ranged from the upper 60s to the lower 70s. Marksville, Pitkin, and Anacoco saw 67 degrees for the lowest reading in the area. Fort Polk was the warm spot at 72. The daily average is 73 and the record is 63 in 1897.Clouds limited the daily temperature rise, thus, afternoon max temps only reached the 70s and 80s....More >>
