The passenger, Taylor Jr., was then asked to exit the vehicle. As a deputy opened the vehicle door, he pulled a 9mm pistol from his pocket. The deputy quickly disarmed and handcuffed him prior to his removal from the vehicle. When searched, Taylor was found to be in possession of five bags of suspected marijuana, 51 Xanax tablets, and 20 small bags of suspected meth.
Further investigation revealed that Taylor is a convicted felon who is currently on parole.
