Millions are dealing with snow and ice, and more than 100,000 were still without power Thursday afternoon.

"This is the worst I've seen it, ever," said Montville, New Jersey resident Paul Martino.

Hundreds of communities across the region were locked down by the snow, ice, and strong winds.

At one point more than a million homes were without power, with some neighborhoods in the dark since the first round of winter weather last week.
