News Channel 5 has recently learned a new development in the Jasmine Anderson case, the 24-year-old woman who was arrested on Tuesday for second-degree murder for allegedly killing her 5-year-old daughter, Audrey Chelette.

Anderson now has an attorney representing her case, Chad Guillot out of Marksville. Guillot has filed a motion for an appointment of a sanity commission. The hearing is set for July 30, 2019.
