ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - Master Rousseau's Taekwondo partnered with the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office to teach children ages 4-12 how to prevent bullying.

A couple of D.A.R.E officers joined the class to discuss the different forms of bullying and what steps to take if a bully strikes.

Afterwards, Master Rousseau taught her class different ways to protect themselves if they are ever physically or verbally bullied, and how important it is to tell an adult the five W's, which are: who, what, when, where, and why.

Master Rousseau said she tries to have at least 3 community service projects a year, one being for women around mother’s day.
