JENA, La (KALB Sports) -- The Jena Giants finished 2017 with an unexpected first round exit of the playoffs, after a perfect 10-0 regular season. Now moving forward as a program the goal is to make it to the dome.

Making it to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium would take Jena to new heights as a program as it's never been done in history of the football program, but is where they set their eyes heading into the 2018 football season.

Despite the departure of Jaray Jenkins to LSU and starting quarterback Lamar Farris and runningback Chico Savage. The rising seniors and juniors now know what mistakes not to make which can help them achieve their ultimate goal.
