In the first quarter, both teams battled it out, knocking down shots from the field. However, Brooklyn Fontenot made it difficult for the Panthers to find their rhythm.

"I thought they did a good job against our press," head coach Kyle Jinks said. "Ten is a good player, so we had to change our strategy," he added.

In the second, the Panthers came out more aggressive, leaving it up to Rylee Jinks and Rylee Cloud to lead this team to the win.

"My job as a point guard is to get in the lane and get the ball to other people," Jinks said. "I think I did that very well tonight," she added.

Despite the 16 points from Jinks, 18 points from Rylee Cloud and 12 from Sassy Reeves, head coach Kyle Jinks still feels that there's more work to be done.

"Defensively, we have some work to fo, but other than playing hard, I didn't see a whole lot of positives," coach Jinks said.
