GOTW: Well-rounded Eagles shift focus towards Buckeye

ALEXANDRIA (KALB) -- The last three seasons have seen the Holy Savior Menard football team open the season the same way: win over Bolton and a win over Buckeye. In 2018, The Eagles already have one part of that process in the books, opening the season last week with a 45-0 win over Bolton. It was a game where Menard showed its versatility, scoring touchdowns rushing and throwing the ball on offense, a special teams touchdown and a defensive score.

But despite such a successful performance in week one, head coach Chris Gatlin warning his team to not expect things to come as easy this Friday when they welcome rival Buckeye.
