After taking home the Red River Athletic Conference hardware four years in a row, the LSUA Generals are searching to go past that: the World Series.

Their 1-0 in the season so far, and they hope to keep their winning ways going.

"I have a hard-working group," head coach Adam Burch said. "We added players who are about hard work and can help us keep doing the things necessary to be successful."

"Our hitting is pretty good," junior Sabrina Carter said. "I feel we look pretty good."

Some of the key players to look out for are Alexis Hagan, Sabrina Carter and Bailey McCleary.

"I feel really confident," Carter said. "I have seen the change after these two years that I have been here."

"I want to hit at least 400, and be named First-Team All-Conference," senior Alexis Hagan said. "However, I want to be a leader to all of these people under me because that's what I had."

The Generals host the General Showdown on Feb. 14 at Generals Field.
