The Lions jumped out to a 30-point lead after the first quarter, thanks to Jordan Semones, Jalissa Duffie, and Destiny Deville's defense.

"Today was my birthday, and I was just planning on getting the win for the first home game," junior Jordan Semones said. "When we were pressing them, I knew we had it in the bag."

After the half, the Lions pulled away, scoring 35 more points to take the win.

"Once we get into a rhythm, the other team can't even get past half-court," senior Jalissa Duffie said.
