On offense, they have Landon Lalonde at quarterback. As a true freshman, he played in 6 games last season and is ready to be the leader of this team.

Moving to running back, the team has a crowded backfield led by senior Aaron Woods. The backfield all depends on how things are handled upfront.

The big boys on the offensive line. This group has a new face leading them in Bryan Jones, but they have some experience upfront. A few pieces aren't complete just yet, with Isaiah Romero and Chad Smith not practicing due to injury.

As for the wide receiver position, they have major depth with receivers like Zion Williams, Micah Dunn, and you can't forget tight end Sam Phillips. They had a few big plays last season, but it will be important that this group stays fresh.

A group that has experienced injury is the defensive line, with Jackson Hetzler rehabbing a knee injury. Led by new coach Adam Greenfield, they have a solid front with Dillon Juneau, Hayden Breaux, Maleek Grant, and Micah Latin. Their possible second unit could feature veterans like LaRoderick Lyles and La'Kendrick Robinson.

The linebacking core is led by new coach Will Anglin. They boast Julius Johnson, who was second on the team in tackles last year. They also have Jacob Joffrion and Devyn Allen. This group is the anchor of the defense

Last up, the defensive backs are a group with the most confidence. They have guys coming back like Rashawn West, D'Quincy Jones, and Donald Gibson.
The Cats open their season on the road against the Stetson Hatters on September 7th.
