PINEVILLE, La. (KALB) - The Louisiana College Wildcats will be holding their first fully padded practice this week and one group that is hungry to get things going is the defensive line.
The front holds plenty of experience with seniors Maleek Grant and Dillon Juneau leading the way. They also have a few young guys like Micah Latin, Demarco Collins, and Deondre Diggs in the mix that could get significant playing time once the season starts. Juneau feels that having high intensity competition will only make the group better.
“With these younger guys coming in, we're molding them into what they need to be,” Juneau said. “We're short on the offensive and defensive line so the more depth we can get the better. We're trying to mold these young guys and make them stay the course, believe in what we're doing, and trust the process.
