LC's Clayton Noakes named All-West Second Team

Louisiana College sophomore third baseman Clayton Noakes was named to the All-West Region team, the second straight season for the Wildcats to receive an all-region selection. Noakes is the first player to receive a second team of higher honor for the Wildcats.

The seventh-seeded Demons fell into a mid-game hole against No. 3 seed Southeastern Louisiana in Thursday morning’s elimination game and were unable to fully climb out of the deficit, falling 6-4 to the Lions at Constellation Field.
