* TIMING...Through 9 AM Thursday from the Interstate 10 corridor southward.

* TEMPERATURE...27 to 29 degrees for central Louisiana and interior southeast Texas. 30 to 32 degrees from the Interstate 10 corridor southward.

* Impacts...These conditions may kill sensitive vegetation.

* EVENT...Areas of dense fog has formed across the region and with temperatures currently below freezing, freezing fog will likely cause a thin layer of ice on elevated bridges and overpasses.

* TIMING...through 9 am this morning or until the fog lifts and or the temperature gets above the freezing mark.

* IMPACT...Icing of bridges and overpasses will be possible this morning.

* FLOOD WARNING FOR the Little River Of Louisiana Near Rochelle.

* from Thursday afternoon to Saturday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.

* AT 9:30 AM Wednesday The stage was 30.5 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 32.0 feet.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tomorrow early afternoon and continue to rise to near 32.2 feet by early Friday morning. The river will fall below flood stage by early Saturday morning. &&

Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways. Use caution when walking near flooded riverbanks. Do not try to wade or swim in flooded rivers and bayous.
